Chalet Ribot specialises in ski and cycling accommodation on Alpe d‘Huez. The chalet is nestled in the tiny hamlet of Le Ribot d’Huez on hairpin 12 of the famous Alpe d’Huez. This 200 year old traditional mountain house has been carefully renovated and transformed into a mountainside guesthouse with 4 charming guest suites.
Chalet Ribot caters for cyclists in the summer season (June -Sept) and for skiers in the winter season (Dec-April).
We offer catered-half board accommodation, including breakfast, afternoon tea and a three course evening meal.
We also offer bed & breakfast allowing guests to dine out at many of the local restaurants.
The owners Keri & Chris hope to provide all our guests with speciality lodgings in a quaint, rural location with an added touch of luxury.
We welcome you to the chalet and invite you to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, comfortable accommodation and our fresh home cooked food.
Ideally located in the heart of the French Alpes and open year round, Chalet Ribot offers a perfect holiday getaway for skiers, cyclists, walkers and outdoor lovers.

Road Cycling

The location of our chalet on Alpe d'Huez means that you have the perfect base from which to climb some of cycling's most famous Cols. Local climbs include Col de la Croix de Fer, Col du Galibier, Col du Glandon, Col de Telegraphe, Col de Lautaret, Les Deux Alpes, Col d'Ornon and of course the legendary Alpe d'Huez. - Find out more

Chalet Ribot is in a perfect location to offer you access to both the resorts of Alpe d’Huez and Les 2 Alpes. Both areas have an incredible array of downhill runs, cross country trails and free ride routes accompanied by multiple 4x tracks, bike parks, dirt jumps and North Shore structures. - Find out more

Alpe d'Huez is well know for its family ski holidays due to its compatibility with the novice and intermediate skier.
